Second time I take my mustang in for warranty work and they did a great job. Tech left no sign that they were even there, despite dropping my differential and taking apart my door. Alejandro is the best service advisor there, ask for him. Remember to tip for a job well done. Thanks guys

I don’t ever leave reviews but I thought I should for this one since I don’t want anyone wasting their time like I did going to this place. This service center is so disorganized there’s no way they have a manager there with the way the employees there conduct themselves. 1. I called beforehand and the lady on the phone told me they are not taking appointments and they are only doing walk ins which I thought okay cool not a problem. 2. I arrive early in the morning an hour after they open and I was probably the only customer there. There’s about 3 service advisors in their booths at the time. 3. The first advisor I see is just hanging out with another coworker playing on their phones and pretending you aren’t there right next to them so I chose to ignore it. Since these people don’t kn
