Alex is an awesome dealer and goes beyond the call of duty to ensure that his customers are satisfied. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. I had an issue with my auxiliary battery which delayed me from taking my vehicle the same day, but he purchased one from Mercedes, installed it and now I'm enjoying my purchase. Recently my parents and I were looking to purchase my first car. Although I was nervous once I got to the dealership I was relieved, the team greeted my parents and I with kindness and answered any questions I had. Mr. Alexander helped me narrow down the car that would fit me best. I was able to purchase a 2013 Volkswagen Passat, in which Mr. Alexander took the time to show me how to work the interior accessories with confidence.
