My wife and I were shopping for used cars along Dirksen. We found and liked a vehicle, but wanted a mechanic to look it over before we made an offer. We stopped at Midwest on a whim during our test drive. The folks at Midwest immediately got the vehicle on a lift and gave it a thorough look-over. Their inspection and its findings gave us the confidence to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. Quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. I would recommend their inspection services to anyone shopping for used vehicles.

Very awsome people and honest. I mean HONEST. Would recommend Mid west. Owner TIM was very very reasonable and honest. So definitely if you need any type of work on your vehicles I’d definitely take it to Tim first. Definitely not a dealership. The dealership is who ripped me off and put a Japan coil on my 2017 Camaro when it was supposed to be factory parts and they charged me up the ass. So I will always bring my vehicles to mid west. I noticed my car was shaking when I had to brake quickly from the improperly timed red lights on Veterans. So I called Midwest Auto Service and spoke to Tim. He was able to get my car into the shop the next day. He replaced my rotors and brakes all around, at my choice of course, he was honest and told me that the back wheels still had some life in them. And at a fair and reasonable price! I asked him if he also had time to give it a tune-up while he had it, and he did. Car is runnin like a champ!! The honesty and professionalism of Midwest Auto Service has made me choose them as my family's mechanic. Great service, iin and out in 30 minutesf for coil replacement . 2nd time I've been there. Reasonable prices. Im going to keep going back for my car repairs.

The crew at midwest are great! Got me back on the road and driving safe. Even saved me some money on repairs I thought I needed but didn't. Good honest people here, even fed me lunch
