I have wanted to replace my wheels for years but after finding out one of wheels had a crack and another had corrosion causing leaking, I needed to pull the trigger and replace them (sidenote I heard Chrome doesn't do so well in the Midwest weather). My wheels are going on 10 years old but didn't want to have to replace them. I did some research online, I pull a boat and do long road trips with the family, so I wanted dependable wheels. I ordered some tires online from Midwest. They contacted me within a few hours to let me know that they did not have the tires in stock that I had bought. They then offered me the same size tires that were actually higher quality with no additional payment required. I received my tire very quickly, got them put on, and am taking them to get broken in on some dirt roads in the mountains. Excellent customer service.
