MIG RV & MARINE SUPERCENTER

I called MIG RV after visiting a camp world in Delaware. Jesse is the salesmen I spoke to on the phone. I bought my Ibex 19MSB in that same call. Jesse was no nonsense. He gave me a price and told me what I would get for my trade in. I gave him a deposit immediately. I drove overnight 1000 miles 2 days later to pick up my new RV. Jesse created me when I got there even though he was making deals with other customers. Jesse handed me over to Dave, an RV Tech, to do the walk through. As other techs appraised my trade in. Dave was excellent. Jesse didn't play any games with the price, he wrote up the paperwork and the deal was done. I really appreciate the fact that the price was the price. No outrageous dealer fees, prep fee etc. one small fee and that was it. Camp world had crazy fees attach

I called to get my camper furnace checked out and they were able to come out early the following week. They came, were very friendly, and easy going. They took my furnace, called a few hours later and and it back to me the same day. They arrived around 10:45am and came back at 2pm with it fixed and installed. The ONLY thing I dislike is the service fee being decently high but they did their best not to take forever as that was pretty much my only source of heat and of course it went out right before the coldest night we’ve had 🫠 I would do business with them again.

Bought camper from Meyer's RV. Seven months later, developed a roof leak. MIG was the only halfway local place that wasn't "backed up" for repair. Dropped off camper to them with the "guarantee" they could have it back to me within "a couple of weeks". Five business days later on a Friday, received a call from Kelly - camper was being diagnosed, they would call me back with assessment by Monday. Six business days after that with no call, I called them. Kelly stated she didn't have a tel number for my warranty company. Why wasn't I contacted to ask me if I had it? I called Meyer's RV, got the info & called Kelly back. Next day I called again only to be informed the warranty didn't cover roof leaks. Middle of June we discovered we had a soft spot in one of the slide floors. Week of June 18th, 2023 we brought our 2016 Cedar Creek for TJ and the crew to repair. During the first couple of months things seemed to be going well so placed the camper on consignment with them, this seems to be where to down turn went. We would come by and check on the camper every couple of weeks to see how work was progressing it seemed like every time we brought up something TJ would state parts were on back order. Which to some extent is reasonable because that is unfortunately the nature of the best at this point. Fast forward to September we are transferred out of state for work. The Staff is extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help set this wonderful deal up for me. This is my 3rd camper and they better prices than anyone else and one of the best service departments I've ever seen I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new or used camper.
