Mighty Wash #11 of Lubbock

I wanted to give a shout out to Paul at the 114th street location, his customer service is exceptional. He made me feel like a valued customer and addressed my issues with my tires and wheels. Due to his attentiveness, and attention to detail, I will be resuming my membership. We need more people like Paul at every location!

My debit card was not working for some reason, but Ms. Blakely was so patient and kind enough to let me go through this one time. I’ve always loved mighty wash, one time my car was covered all in bird poop and it didn’t fully come off of my car in the wash but they told me to go back around again to ensure my car was all clean! Amazing company, and very very kind employees, mightywash is definitely the best car wash in my opinion! ( I also love that they have extra towels for you to use)!

Trust this place with any of your vehicle cleaning needs. I have been taking my truck here for years, and nowhere else compares. They always have the kindest, professional, and most knowledgeable staff members! I have to shout out Ryleigh for helping me so throughly during my most recent visit- perfect example of an exemplary employee!

Please be aware if you plan to visit this location. On Friday, my windshield was cracked, and the manager informed me it was likely due to the machine coming down too hard. Today (Monday), I was contacted by someone else who stated the damage was caused by a pre-existing small chip and that cold water and hot blow dryer contributed to the crack spreading. Although my insurance will cover the repair for $90, the inconsistency in explanations and the situation overall are concerning. Definitely canceling my membership and going somewhere else!

We LOVE coming to Mighty Wash!!!!! Jason does a Phenomenal Job with the hand dry and wheel service...... very detail oriented and doesn't rush. We will undoubtedly be returning to this location. If you want a reasonable priced car wash that won't break the bank and will leave your vehicle looking immaculate EVERYTIME then be sure to use MIGHTY WASH everytime!!!!!
