Mighty Wash #13 of Midland

We paid 28$ for a wash and we’re not particularly satisfied with the results. For the money we paid we expected better. Could have done a better job ourselves at a self service wash for cheaper. We will not be back any time soon.

7 year customer. Lucky enough to own two new cars a year. I know the wear and tear that comes with washing new vehicles. One issue after all these years, never cried about the minor damages. But with a brand new car, paper plates, and these damages are done. Here is what was told to me. 1) From Location 13 , up to corporate to review. 2) Corporate (Debra Rodriguez) reviews tells me cameras were down they’ll cover it. 3) Insurance calls me, hears my story and tell me no way they could have done that. Never asked to see my vehicle or pictures. Wrote off with a big wasn’t us. 4) just called Debra, attitude complete 180, told me she was last line of defense and if my insurance wanted to battle it out to go ahead. This vehicle got about two years worth of cars washes in one wash. Plus some. A

Shout out to the manager Benji for running us back through the wash to make sure the truck was spotless before he hand dried the whole truck!! He always takes care of us & leaves our truck looking like new again!! We appreciate the attention to detail and the fact that they don't rush through the job!!

We have a membership here and love how everything runs smoothly here! The employees all greet you with a smile and a wave, my car is always cleaned after running through one time! Love the vacuums. And we love coming by to see Miguel; he’s an awesome Gentlemen!!!!

Eddie has great. Customer service is a good person. She exceeds the world in sales quickly upgraded me can never be happier might wash hope someday she’s more than just a clerk.
