Mighty Wash #3 of Midland

$30 Valentine's Special (Normally $60) for interior cleaning/vacuum. Staff was friendly and helped quickly, however the quality of the service was the worst I've ever seen. When they told me it was done, I walked out to see dirty rags being wiped all over my paint. You don't wipe black dirty grime from wheels and then go straight to paint... The exterior looked nice at a glance from the side, but the rear was very dirty. -All of the frontend including splitter and headlights - not clean -Rear Valence - not clean -Exhaust Tips - not clean -Mirrors - not clean -Windshield Inside - not clean, dirtier than starting -Windows Inside - not clean, dirtier than starting, thankfully they didn't touch the rear window. When they told me it was done, I pointed out the dirty and grime on the rear end

It was my first time visiting Mighty Wash #3 of Midland and I had a great experience. The crew was very nice and the wash service was good. They are very communicative and guide you through the process for the most part, which made everything easy and comfortable. Mario butts was a very respectful man who came up to me personally to make sure everything was fine and that the vacuums were working well. I noticed he was doing this for everyone in the vacuum center, not just me. Very kind, outgoing, and a genuinely good employee who cares about customers.

$5 hand wash add on was a waste of money, truck went through and still came out dirty, I recommend finding another place to wash your vehicle. Definitely not worth the money

Great service, Phil was so sweet, I left my card at home so he was able to use my ID, and a pic of my debit card. They took care of me with a clean car, it looks incredible. I’m extremely grateful, because he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my service. Thank you for the great experience, I’m from out of town, and usually people don’t give me as good service. 🌟

I went to the mighty wash on midland drive … bought a 3 month plan…went through the wash to get the dust off from our recent wind… I had just bought the car and the dealer had detailed it inside and out so it was clean, no scuffs, or scratches… I just needed the dust off. I went through the wash and in exiting, the car wasn’t dried, the attendant was using dirty rags on driver side windshield… I had to ask for the passenger side windshield to be dried… the vehicle had water spots all over and I noticed scratches on the rear and passenger side panel … reported it immediately to the on site manager…he took photos I completed the paperwork and was told I would be contacted Monday about the damage… I was never contacted! It’s been over a month! I have never returned. So three months money l
