Mighty Wash #5 of Lubbock

Pretty disappointing this place used to offer interior detailing for $50 (I can only assume under the table) a few months back and did a great job for that price point. Now that Mighty Wash is advertising detailing services here they are twice as expensive and half as effective. The staff in the detailing center was friendly but looked to be about 14 on average and lacked some basic customer service skills like eye contact and attending to a customer at the counter even though they made eye contact with me outside while I was walking in. The car washes are still good, just won’t be back for the detailing services anytime soon.

Always a great experience @mighty wash on west 19st! Ive had a membership here for years! I love how the vacuum work great and they even supply towels and window cleaner, Christian was very polite and helpful! I will definitely always come here for my car wash!

I love this car wash. I’ve tried the other major car washes and this one is the only one that always has enough staff! I pay for the monthly subscription and I definitely get my moneys worth here! Thanks for keeping my baby shining!🫶🏼

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a car wash. This place was new for me so I had no clue what to do a the staff were very accommodating and told me what they thought was best for me. There was also this staff member who was walking around with complimentary car wipes and fresheners. I can remember his name exactly, possibly Josh or drew? He was very kind and had great hospitality I also got a buy one get one free car wash for my first purchase. Overall a great experience an I will be coming back!

If I could give no stars I would. I Went in twice to get some stuff off my car that was written on the windows and when we lent back around to the station the worker proceeded to WRITE on a window “!!! Wash me” with a green market and the guys didn’t get what SHE wrote off the window nor what was written STILL. Highly disappointed!
