I was desperate to use my trailer hitch receiver, but since it hadn’t been used in 10+ years it was rusted too narrow to insert the hitch. Stopped in to see if Mihely’s could help. In less than 30 minutes they had cleared the rust, made sure the hitch could be properly inserted, and sent me on my way. They did great work in a short time. They were happy to help. And they were there when needed most.

We live in Madison and took our car out to Jefferson after hearing such good things about this place. We had an excellent experience. We ran into a snag with a piece my boyfriend brought to have put on and they tried everything they could to make it work. Their pride was beyond fair and they were super friendly. 10/10 highly recommend for honest and fair service.

Steve fixed our vehicle after we had a fender bender 1 week before we were leaving on vacation. He went above and beyond to get it done for us so we could take it. We had a slight issue with the fix and he took care of it as soon as we got back. He also buffed out scratches on another of our vehicles. He really works with you and does a great job.
