I cannot thank Mike and his crew enough for helping us out. Awesome personality, customer service, and outstanding expertise. The lowest quote for the type of job it was. Also the other two places I called used fear tactics and were racking up every charge imaginable. Mike immediately assured us and brought peace and calmed down the whole situation. He was fast, reliable, and got it done for less than 1/2 of the other quotes we received. I highly recommend. If you ever need to make a call like this - more stress is the last thing you need. Call Mike for the best rates, prompt response, and reassurance that everything is going to work out. He treats your vehicle like it’s his own, and will take time to minimize any damage to your vehicle during the extraction.

My husband broke down right outside of McKinleyville. This man came and picked him up, took him and our car back to his home, fixed our car and had him back on the road within hours. My husband continued to Eureka and on the way home another issue came up. My husband called Mike again. He again came and picked up my car. This time my car had to stay. When my car was done he spent his time and money to bring my car home (to CC). ( He also didn't charge us for the second tow or parts to fix the secondary issue). This man is a God send. And I will highly recommend him. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Tried charging me $1000 to tow 30 miles. He told me he had to wake up at 6 am the next morning and couldn't unless I paid that ludicrous amount. Don't advertise being a 24 hour service when a 10 pm tow request is past your bed time hours.
