We were traveling cross country when our transmission case began to overflow, we called to see if they could squeeze us in and we were in and out in less than an hour and they even refused payment as a previous ford tech obviously was at fault for overfilling the ATF. Super friendly staff, and incredibly helpful service. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. If you are lucky enough to do business with them, do and say hi to the sweet shop cat Winston!

I don't trust anyone with my Lincoln but ever since I took my car to Mike Freeman, Jordan deals with my car at the service department and I get my car taken care of!!!
