Don't bother taking your vehicle here. Was told to take my vehicle to Mike. I called on a Monday morning and I explained to him that I need the water pump and timing belt fixed. He quoted me a little over $300 for labor but wasnt sure about the parts, and said he could get me in on Thursday and it would be about a day to fix it. I said awesome and scheduled it. Thursday morning I go to drop off my truck. Was told my truck wasn't on the schedule but they should look at it anyway but I probably wouldn't get my truck back til Monday. Okay? I left the truck. Got a call about 1pm from Mike saying my truck was down 3 quarts of oil and the water pump needed to be replaced. I told him that. Completed repairs a week before expected. Final cost was almost exactly what the upfront estimate was. Courteous, competent and professional. I fully recommend Mike and his shop.

Called Mike to check out a few noises on my car. He test drove it same day, found a few other issues, which I suspected and confirmed these issues with Z (other mechanic, can’t remember his name) using some metal stethoscope. He said that none of them really needed to be fixed and may never cause a problem - except the wheel bearing, which I’ll fix myself. Really cool shop, and seemed like some really honest mechanics. I’d go back.

I have visited Mike's shop several times and was initially recommended to them by a friend. They are incredibly busy and I could see how a few others misconstrued this as rudeness. Mike and his team have been nothing but consummate professionals. Their combined knowledge and expertise with diesels is unsurpassed in my 9 years of owning a diesel. If you want the best mechanics working on your truck, want fair pricing, and honest inspections of your vehicle, do not pass this place up. Call ahead and schedule, though; as stated, they are very busy.

Most excellent. Had my duramax allison transmission and transfer case. Serviced. Great service and great price. Very knowledgeable. They actually do the work you pay for. Much better than the chevy dealership. Or shall I say Pirate ship.
