Great experience, I went down to trade in my ol beater 22 f250 or a really nice 18 f150. Marlon (like brando) was my salesman that greated me like we had been friends for years. Addressed all my questions and concerns professionally, unfortunately we were unable to put a deal together today. I will be staying in touch with him for my future vechile needs.

I have a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado Custom Trail Boss. I've had the truck about a year and have had it in the shop multiple times now. I've had several issues with it. A simple oil change and tire rotation turned into a transmission replacement and two weeks. It's had the ECU and ECM replaced as well. The latest issue is a check engine light that refuses to turn off for no apparent reason. So far, it's been three times for the same problem. I have absolutely no issue with the check in staff whatsoever. However, I do take issue with the mechanics that have worked on my truck. I question their ability and experience to fix what appears to be a simple issue. They rely on a computer to decide how to repair the problem and lose all common sense approaches. The service department at Mike Maroone Chevrolet South in Colorado Springs, Colorado has been a nightmare to work with. Vehicles aren't perfect, so we understand the necessity of the repairs for our vehicle. That said - the dealership has made that (already stressful) process extremely difficult, cumbersome, abrasive, stressful and fully embraced the idea of corporate apathy. From terribly rude "service managers" to 4 (yes, four) different explanations of how the rental car reimbursement process worked, this entire experience has been a black hole of customer care. It has soured our experience with purchasing a new GM vehicle, and this dealership's service department has seriously made us reconsider purchasing any GM vehicles in the future. Tech--Nik, was great on a complicated install, and Service writers, Josh and Zak were terrific, highly recommend this Service Department. Price was what I expected for 4 hours of work, so fine with that.
