I had a great experience. A knowledgeable and helpful greeter greeted me. My car was already scanned by a machine that checks for abnormalities as I pulled in for service. It noticed I could use a front-end alignment. The mechanic came out to discuss the problem I was having. He again came out to give me updates on progress. They offered me a loaner, but I just waited for the repair. They did have some really nice cars i checked out in tn the showroom while I waited. They had a comfortable waiting area with Wi-Fi, TV, and vending machines. Overall, they were great.
