Great honest place to bring your car . Mike Russell is a good honest man and has help me and many other that I know .

I was unassuming with the charm and wit, then reality hit when I was told I owed over $500 for cleaning one sensor and replacing one windshield wiper blade. I should've waited in line for Cloverleaf because Russell had my car for a week anyway and it's still not fixed. Don't let good ole boy humor let your guard down. I wanted to add after reading someone else's that I was told also my vehicle would not "throw a code" and they just couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. So they just drove it around and were guessing and still never came up with an answer yet Im paying for their inability to diagnose the issue. I don't feel this is acceptable from any mechanic. Much less one that has been in business so long. I would've expected better, quality diagnostics and being kept informed of

They have always been very straightforward and honest with me. Get the job done for a reasonable price and don't fuss when I buy my own parts and have them install them. When I needed a huge repair they worked with me and let me set up a payment plan for the labor costs for a couple months until I got my tax return and could pay it off even though technically it was a very risky move for them. I don't take my vehicles anywhere else unless I absolutely have to.

I would give 0 stars if I could. My advice is stay clear from this mechanic shop . The owner Mike doesn't know how to diagnose a problem with a vehicle, he throws parts at it and hopes it fixes it, which costs you more money when the part he replaced didn't fix the issue, so now you have to go without a vehicle even longer. There are plenty of other shops around that are more reputable shops than this one.
