I've been meaning to write this review for a while now. The tread blew on my tire and caused major damage to my back bumper. I couldn't believe it! Anyhow, I towed the car to the shop and the owner and techs got me set up with a used tire. They helped me pop in the bumper and tape up so it wouldn't drag on the ground. They also checked the suspension to make sure there was no unseen damage. Then I came back a little while later and we changed all the tires for new ones, keeping the used ones as spares. We also did general maintenance like new rotors and brake/shoes and pads, new air filter, and an engine tune up. Everything was prompt and fair pricing. Don't hesitate to come to this shop. Very disappointed, called the number from google, spoke to a friendly man who told me I could come between the hours of 12 - 1 pm on Sunday. I arrived within the time frame. When I arrived the sign on the business said “ closed “ I drove along side the business to make a U turn out and noticed what appeared to be a mechanic in one of the doors working on a car and the man said he’s not an employee…. Very very sketchy…. I parked my car and attempted to reach the main from earlier and no one answered the phone. I waited about 20 minutes while calling other shops in the area and then a man approached my vehicle and said give him a few minutes and he will help me and that he’s an employee. Absolutely horrible experience! Save your time and money paid 145 for 2 tires to be replaced, it took them 2:30 hours to replace them,and not even 5 minutes after pulling out of the shop the one of the tires blew. After returning to get some type of refund, blame was immediately turned to the fact that I had a slight bend in my rim. Mind you I had a tire on the same rim and had been driving around for months prior to visiting this shop. Also why not say anything about the bend prior to installing my tires if you knew this could be a potential issue, instead they gladly took my money and let me leave the shop while putting my life at risk, had I made it to the expressway things could've ended a lot differently. Wonderful service today. Friendly, professional, quick and to the point. I had a flat tire and I was able to get it fixed, priced accurately, and handled professionally without any headaches. I definitely will be coming back when needed. Great people. Also……. Bring cash.
