I was traveling on a multi state journey and had a vehicle issue on I-95 that required me to need assistance. I called ahead (on a holiday mind you) and Mike said he would take a look. I limped my vehicle to the garage and he very quickly assessed the issue, fixed it and and got me back on the road. He was honest, kind and if you need something you shouldn't hesitate to call and go through him to solve your car trouble.
