This shop gave me the ABSOLUTE BEST service I’ve ever experienced in years! Detailed information was given to me in advanced along with price, installation was quick and LOOKS AMAZING!! Allison is who helped me through the entire process (from calling me back to explaining parts/price/labor/alternatives etc…) SHE GAVE ME THE BEST AUTO-RELATED EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!! I was really traumatized from getting my windshield replaced at ANOTHER shop in Montgomery in the summer of 2023. They ruined my dashboard, stained my light interior and it took a total of 2 weeks for completion. I went to Mikes auto glass and I will recommend to all! I called on Monday and they offered me a next day appointment. They said it would only take about an hour and it took about 2 hours, but I had no problem with that. Usually car shops take forever, but they were quick and swift. The front desk woman was professional and kind and the mechanic was also nice as well. Only thing I wish I would’ve been informed of was that there was a 3% credit card usage charge. I would’ve brought cash, instead of getting charged additional $20. Other than that, they did an amazing job, very quick

Needed glass for my vehicle..Opal scheduled my appointment for next day. I arrived and was out within 45 minutes. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRIENDLY TECHNICIANS.... 10 out of 10 service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I'm taking all of my auto glass needs to Mike's from now on. A new windshield installed by appointment in 35 minutes. Unlike Safelite, Mike's has a person there to answer the phone and give you an accurate quote and to set up an appointment time and date.

Mike's Auto Glass did a great job replacing my windshield, and was able to recalibrate the sensors located in the windshield. They were able to fix it within a couple days after I called, and did it for a much better price then anyone else quoted me. I will use them again if I ever need to.
