Honest, competent, and friendly service at very reasonable prices. My husband and I have been taking our cars to Mike's for over 10 years. Mike was recommended to us by friends and neighbors who had been taking their cars to Mike's for years before that and were very happy with the service. Mike's wife Laura handles the front desk (and more) and they are both delightful. Mike never recommends services that aren't necessary and will send you back to the dealer if he feels an item should be covered under the car's warranty. It's a busy place (so best to make an appointment in advance) and the parking lot can be a bit of a challenge, but it's worth it.
