I had a terrible experience at this shop. The owner, Mike, is extremely rude and has no idea how to speak to people respectfully. His tone and attitude were nasty from the beginning, and I honestly felt like he was trying to take advantage of me just because I’m a woman. He acted like I didn’t know anything about cars and was super dismissive when I asked questions. He had me buy a bunch of parts without being clear or specific about exactly what I would need. Then told me he’d still charge me for the job even if the parts were wrong! That made no sense. Even after I bought all the parts he asked for, he told me I still needed more just to simply change brakes and rotors. It’s like he didn’t have anything at the shop himself. It felt unorganized and shady. In the end, I left and went to

NEVER AGAIN!! Went to have a oil pan replaced, right after the car starts making a knocking sound. Go back. He rides around the block he says no sound. 30 mins later knocking. Ask him can u take the pan down and look? Oh you have to go to a dealer u went 14 miles u must've hit a hole or speed bump I can't help you...WTH! Go to another shop, who dropped the oil pan and found that MIKES left the plastic wrapper from the pan inside and the oil pump was blocked almost killing the engine. Nothing but God saved us! I wouldn't let them put air in my tires after this nonsense.

The owner Mike knows his stuff when it comes to cars & automotive repairs. He's brutally honest & reasonably priced. If you want to keep your vehicle on the road running correctly this is your facility. Come with patience because they have an active 1st come 1st serve business.

My transmission went. I ordered the parts had it delivered within two days. Mike's Auto had my car up and running better than before within two days. They even did things I didn’t ask; like tired pressure, changed brake light and fixed exhaust leak! Wonderful experience would recommend anyone! Pay more for quality!

I went to Mike’s Auto Repair on Woodland Avenue for brake service. They replaced the brakes and brake rotors, and the total cost came to $970. I dropped the car off in the morning and picked it up around 3 PM the same day. Good and fast , 👍
