Horrible!!!! If Triple A ever tells you that Mike's auto will be the tow company plan on them never showing up! My son waited from 5:15 pm until 9 pm and Mike's never showed. In fact the tow truck driver named Bubba called triple A himself and cancelled on us! He said he showed up when he didn't. Bubba kept calling my son and saying he's not allowed to tow a vehicle from a dealership. The next time he called he said he's not allowed to tow a car that's been fixed and runs. Then he called and asked if it could be driven up on the truck! I've filed a complaint with Triple A in every department possible and I called and let Mikes auto know that their drivers are incompetent. Bubba lied to Triple A saying he couldn't find the car (when my son was sitting there the whole time ) and cancel

Towing business needs alot of improvement Was in a accident Aug second 2024 they towed my vehicle told officer told them to take my husband home from Colvin rd on 88 in pa and we live on sigbee road my husband told tow truck driver while he was on phone about the car that was on the flatbed how much to drop it he said my husband will half to call garage or go in he couldn't he was busy on phone with his boss and dispatch he had a couple of seconds don't take that long to drop it and collect cash But instead he took all way back to tow yard when he was near my place and could of dropped it on bottom of hill and collected payment my husband had it in cash that day I hope the owner can see this
