What can i say about this team? AMAZING! I'm 5 1/2 hrs from home. In Jackson on business.Transmission starts acting up. So i go to Googling... Pops up Mikes Transmission. Very good reviews...hmmm. Called.. Mike himself picks up on the second ring. He sends for a tow to pick up my truck. Assures me everything will be fine.. He kept me posted about every stage and aspect of the process. Long story short... This team unbelievable! Honest.. knowledgeable..very reasonable prices.. experts in the transmission field. I wish i could give these guys Ten Stars. They had me on the road in no time.. and most importantly ..they worked around my schedule so that i could continue working. Great bunch of guys. Thank you for all you do and did. Mike fixed my son's transmission and went above and beyond his duty/service. He wanted to ensure we get the transmission installed correctly. Offered to FaceTime or send pictures to ensure we had it right. Great customer satisfaction.

Greedy business. I got my own part & they were going to charge me 3 times the price of 3 other “certified” transmission shops. Certified means your warranty will be covered if you specifically transmission issues. Twice the price of the actual INFINITI dealership for an Infiniti. Coleman Transmission & A1 Transmission in Jax were going to charge me for the work & not tax the heck out of you for getting my own part like Mikes tried to rip me off. NEVER EVER go with first ESTIMATE ever unless it’s a dire situation. Know that many shops labor prices changes when you get your own part. Reason why because they are going to markup anywhere from 20% possibly 200% over the price the part actually cost the shop pays.
