I was quoted approximately $1500 to replace both control arms on my 2015 Nissan Altima by a different shop in Fullerton. I work in Santa Ana and thought I’d take a look around for some reputable mechanics. I called in and was met with professionalism from the start. Asked me to come in at 11:30am for an inspection. Brought in the car and Dan met me to ask about the concerns I had. He took the car for a spin and put it up on the lift. He explained to me the current state of my car and explained that the he did not agree with the other shop’s recommendations and found no major issues with my car. Brought my car down and I was on my way out. Inspection cost was very reasonable as I just saved myself over $1500. Thanks again Dan!

I came to Mike's Auto shop very nervous about issues with my truck. It's my lifeline just like I'm sure many others feel about their vehicle. I walked in and Dan parked my truck in the garage, popped the hood and took the time to explain what was going on. He showed me things under the hood and even showed diagrams on the computer to educate me. We went for a drive and he asked me a series of questions while driving to diagnose the issues. Highly recommend this shop. I had a CEL pop up right before I had to ship my car overseas. Mike quickly diagnosed the problem and updated the software on my car. Now my car drives so much smoother. Professional, honest, reliable, and fair pricing. What more could you ask for.
