Mike's Body Shop

I chose this body shop because they were recommended by AAA. I used a different body shop last time, but the experience was meh. Mike’s Body Shop was a totally different experience! They were very communicative. I appreciated their system where they’d send an email with status updates and an estimated pick up time. From the first day, they were kind and upfront about everything. When I picked up the car, it looked brand new. I think they even washed it (or something) because it looked nice. I had a random question about suspension kits and body kits because of wanting the car raised a tiny bit. They didn’t make me feel stupid and educated me on tire sizes and how kits work. That’s what I appreciated the most - educating without making me feel inferior. I learned something from them. Over

When in for a insurance claim over a year ago, they fix the bodywork but told us they will call me back when the parts come in. They never did. Currently trying to work with the insurance company and them but Mike keeps on gas light me.

I brought my son's car in after an accident. Derek and crew went above and beyond to make it look brand new! They even fixed something else without charging for it, just because they noticed it. They kept in close touch every step of the way. Truly great work 👏

Attempted to fix automatic window in my car. It wasn't what they thought and had me buy correct part, aftermarket (because it was far less expensive) and placed switch in for free, because they thought they had inconvenienced me. Great place. I'm always happy with this place
