I would give them 10 stars if it would let me!!! I have a Subaru Outback and was having a shutter/vibration issue and MISTAKINGLY took my car to the local "stealership" who told me for 7 mos. nothing was wrong with my car, that it was normal and told me I needed lots of other expensive work done that I probably didn't and never actually looked at or addressed the issue I was having and then once I was 100 miles over 100k miles told me I needed new transmission which is about $9k and I spent the last almost 3 Years trying to find a shop to diagnose and fix issues. 1 visit to Mikes and for under $700 my car's issue is completely gone!! We love Mike's car care center. We always go to them for a problem. They get our car in fast to check it out. They have really nice workers and mechanics. We will always go here if we need help.

Friendly staff. They're good at offering clear explanations about the work that needs to be done. They're vested in the long-term care and function of your vehicle, and are very thorough, as well as helpful.
