I was immediately disappointed when I realized the car in front of me got special attention. She got a really nice spray down over the entire front of the vehicle at least. I thought this is nice, some attention- thinking I’d get the same service. The young lady sprayed my car only on the driver side of the front of the car and the windshield for a total of about 10 seconds before my vehicle started moving forward. I paid for the top package, receipt and date shown. There wasn’t a single car behind me. The tire shine must be low, because I have spotted tires. The back of my car is still very dirty. Overall, I’d be happy if I paid 15 dollars. The car needed washing. I’ll do it myself next time when I don’t have the baby in the car.

Went for a simple car wash. Was offered the "deal of the day" buy 4 washes, get 3 free but it was more expensive than was explained. The purpose was to clear out debris from undercarriage before taking vehicle to the tire shop. Tire shop said there was alot of debris they needed to remove before changing my tires which was the entire purpose of taking it for a wash. Carwash was ok at best.

We are from Louisville and visited this location today. We were approached by a young employee who immediately threatened to cancel our membership because we do not have a membership sticker attached to our windshield. Let me be very clear: we will not be placing any sticker on our vehicle. We maintain a nice vehicle and will not attach what amounts to a decal to the windshield. Our regular Louisville location has already told us this would not be an issue. The employee’s approach was confrontational and unprofessional. Instead of verifying our active membership in a courteous manner, she chose to interrogate us and threaten cancellation. That behavior was unnecessary and unacceptable. If displaying a sticker is mandatory at this location, then management should consider implementing a lic

Excellent service. My car still had hard stuck on dirt on the roof....they sent me through the carwash again for free. My car came out spotless. The associates employeed are kind and helpful.

I met Mike F., the grand opening Manager, and he was polite and a good representative of the company. He quickly moved on to the next store. I found the product was good. I bought the intro one or two month offer for half price. I liked that. They reassured me I could call their corporate number and cancel it when the special was up. I did with no problem. I feel their regular prices are way too high. Their competition by the mall is cheaper. resumed patronage. signed up for unlimited with half price for first two months. spring has arrived early so want car looking nice. pay for intro for two months and then gonna cancel. i feel regular price way too expensive. not as strong clean smell in cleanser like before. product okay and similar to competitor. update: prices are way too high!!!
