Mike's Downtown Services Center

DO NOT TRUST. I brought my vehicle here for what was supposed to be routine maintenance, including spark plug replacement, transmission service, and differential service. I paid in full expecting these services to be completed properly. Less than a year later, I’ve now been told by another shop that all of this same work needs to be redone. Based on the condition of the components and fluids, it raises serious concerns about whether these services were actually performed as billed in the first place. I understand that wear and tear happens over time, but needing to redo major maintenance items like this in under a year is unacceptable and has cost me additional time and money. I would strongly recommend that others ask for detailed documentation and proof of completed work before leaving

Mikes downtown service center took my old beat the heck down ‘94 Chevy Silverado K1500 “pirate ship” and made her seaworthy again..The Black Pearl as I call her needed quite a bit of work done and for a dang near steal they made her practically a new truck. She runs like a dream now.. now I just gonna make her look a lil nicer on the inside. 100/10 service…here, they were kind, they were quick, they were not a wallet breaker, and do amazing work. I’ll be bringing my other car in soon for some work as well. MIKE YOU AND ALL UR EMPLOYEES ARE AMAZING AND SO KIND! We appreciate all your hard work.

I needed to go to Denver for a hospital procedure the next day, and noticed brake and battery light coming on. I took my car to Mike's, and the mechanic said that the alternator was bad...within 20 minutes of the diagnosis the part was ordered and delivered, installed and my car was fixed within 2 hours. I have been a loyal customer of Mike's and his team for at least 8 years. They are honest and fair, and deliver old-time service that is hard to find these days. Thank you, Mike's Downltown repair!

Do not recommend using these crooks. They replaced a alternator in my car, then my car started leaking power steering. When I brought it in to figure out where the leak was they started pulling apart my motor mounts. Without talking to me or getting any kind of approval. Then when I come to pick my car up to take it elsewhere im told that they cut corners to get my alternator in to place... idk what kind of mechanics cut corners but this should be known do not use mikes downtown mechanics...

Mike was straight and to the point with what needed to be fix. He is honest and the price was fair. We need more mechanics like him. Thank you Mike!
