Mike's Garage

My car was overdue for inspection and I was planning to leave town on vacation. I had read the reviews on Mike's Garage and I decided to stop by. He wasn't able to fit me in that day, but told me to stop the following Monday morning. Because I needed to leave the car and didn't have anyone to drive me home, he graciously drove me home and then took the car back to his garage. Not only did he inspect the car, he repaired my back bumper and front fender where I had damage. He also checked all the belts, tires and topped off all the fluids. When he was finished, he called me and brought the car to my home. I then drove him back to his shop. He changed me the standard rate for the inspection and emission check and a very nominal amount for all the additional work. Mike is a great mechanic and

Mike is an automotive Angel. He went above and beyond to accommodate me on short notice during the holiday weekend so I could get back to work in Virginia (he had me back on the road in 2.5 hours!!) He is thorough, conscientious, exceedingly knowledgeable, and endlessly kind. This was, without a doubt, the best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic. Literally the best garage and the best guy. Too kind. We were really at a bad place with our car and he made room for us and even stayed late for us when we had to tow it, our bill from him is a small fraction of what another garage tried to charge us. Go here and tip them big.

Great guys working there!! Had unexpected cat problem and Mike and Gypsy stopped what they were doing and looked at my vehicle and took it for a test drive immediately even though I could see they were swamped with work..then proceeded to check all fluids and added what I needed, even though that had nothing to do with my problem with vehicle. They now have a customer for life. Hard to find a honest mechanic these days. I recommend these guys highly!!!!!!!
