These guys were awesome. From the call from the dispatcher to the driver Rich. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Called AAA and Mike’s responded quickly. They arrived in less than 30 min and were efficient and took good care of my car.

Wow the woman is awful here. Called for a AAA tow. And she started questioning me about why I'm towing my vehicle to where I'm towing it and what I'm doing with my vehicle. Like none of that stuff's her business.. Steven said she would call the service center where my vehicle's at to ask questions about it. My vehicle won't start. It won't start That's all that should matter I pay for AAA services for three tows a year. It's almost time to renew my membership and I've only used one and I also pay for my children and my mom's account and they haven't used any. You think she'd want to make the money and just told the vehicle from point a to point b. Stupid lady has an ego problem..

I had a very unpleasant experience calling this towing company. The person who answered was rude and spoke to me with a lot of attitude. I was trying to ask basic questions about services/pricing, but I was repeatedly cut off and the call was ended on me multiple times. As a paying customer, I expected basic professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, I did not receive that here. I won’t be using this company again and I wouldn’t recommend them based on how I was treated over the phone. There was no attempt to resolve anything or communicate professionally. I understand people can have stressful days, but repeatedly hanging up on customers is unacceptable.

Got their service through triple AAA for an extended out of coverage tow. Service was good, price was reasonable. Tow Truck Driver Casey was a really nice , helpful and respectful guy. Bri and Glenda in the office were nice and communicative. No issues or concerns

I rented a 15 foot U-Haul truck, which I was told it was the truck that they used for all in town transporting. I got in the truck, started it up and instantly fire ants flew out of the AC all over me all over my legs all over my arms in there driveway I got out and was trying to wipe them off of me I ended up dumping half a bottle of water on me and on the floorboard of the driver side, fire ants get in from parking ur vehicle under the trees. I did not go up to the office Window to let her know because I had a certain amount of time, so I had from 596 old Dixie towards 66th and 26th and Lowe’s was on my way so I stopped and purchased ant spray.
