Mike's Service and Repair LLC

Made an appointment to have my van hooked up to a machine to see what was wrong with it. Was scheduled for a Friday morning, called to see why no one had reached out by about 11am. They said they were about to call us, had to reschedule for a Monday, because they had a family thing to go to that day. They reschuled for following Monday, it's now 12:49am, no call, no show.. nothing. Horrible communication& I WILL NOT EVER recommend your business to anyone. Highly unprofessional, no wonder why door is always closed& hardly any cars are there. If this is how you treat your customers, can't say I blame them. I'm highly upset, & disappointed because we were looking to use someone locally to support local business& figured we'd give you a shot.

I'm picky who works on my vehicles and I trust Mike's service and repair! Very nice and helpful atmosphere also. He works very hard to get your vehicle back on the road asap. Mike is a small business owner and works very hard to support his family and business!

I had such a great experience with Mike, He got me right in and took care of my Toyota quickly and easily. He was professional and easy to work with. So thankful!

While driving through Clay Center I started having trouble with my AC. I am so glad I found Mike's! The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, and in the end he was able to quickly identify what was wrong with my system: the compressor clutch. Since I didn't have enough time to have it repaired I decided to continue on my journey sans AC. Despite spending over an hour with me he refused to take any payment at all. I highly recommend Mike's to anyone.

Mikey does an amazing job at getting you in and out as quick and efficient as he can. Never had anyone offer to bring me my car back and he did just that! Amazing service with both hospitality and auto repair! Will definitely be returning
