Trying to find reputable & affordable car repair is like searching for a unicorn. Went to Mikes on the reference from our daughter and SIL, and was pleasantly surprised. They fixed a electrical glitch and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. The we’re knowledgeable, pleasant and upfront about everything. We will be using them again, but hopefully not too soon LOL

The folks at Mike’s are friendly, attentive, and efficient. They were able to track my coolant loss issue back to a water pump failure and did the replacement within a day of diagnosis at a very fair price. I highly recommend this shop.

My husband and I were customers of the same service facility for 18 years. They were sold and things started to change. Gone was the family feeling and prices went way up. Time to find a new service mechanic. In speaking with a friend, she told me about Mike’s. We went on Friday and made an appointment for today. We dropped our car off. By 9:30, Brad called and told me the problem and cost. Before we knew it, the car was ready. Feels like we found a new home! We highly recommend Mike’s Auto and tire service.

I have been coming to this shop for the last 3 years and I have no complaints whatsoever. They are trustworthy, friendly, and knowledgeable which is something extremely hard to find. I brought my Mustang in a few days ago on a Saturday (w no appointment and it was half day) and they were able to service my car within a few hours with only half the staff! Highly recommend Mike’s Tire on West Market Street! I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Mike’s Tire in Greensboro. Everyone there is very nice, polite, and professional. What I appreciate most is their honesty. They take the time to explain what your car actually needs and what can wait, instead of trying to pressure you into unnecessary repairs. When they give you a quote, they’re upfront and clear. They’ll tell you things like, “You don’t need to do this right away, but you will need to take care of it to pass inspection,” which I really respect. It makes you feel informed and confident, not taken advantage of. It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days, but Mike’s Tire is exactly that. Honest work, fair pricing, and great customer service. I’ll definitely keep coming back
