⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t thank Biz at Mike’s Towing enough! I ran out of battery in my Tesla and was stuck, but Biz showed up and handled everything with absolute professionalism. He carefully loaded the vehicle and transported it back to my home without a hitch. What really impressed me was how smoothly he placed the car into my garage—no stress, no scratches, no issues. It was positioned perfectly so I could close the garage securely. The whole experience was seamless, safe, and reassuring. If you need someone who treats your vehicle like their own, Biz is your guy. Highly recommend!

I recently had a car breakdown in a parking garage with only a seven-foot clearance, and finding help was nearly impossible. Thankfully, Mike’s Towing came to the rescue! The tow truck driver, Biz, was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly skilled, careful, and professional, maneuvering both the tow truck and my car out of that tight garage with ease. Made a request through Statefarm for having a dead battery at my residence...no sooner than I hit the send bottom... I received a response! They were right around the corner. Then I receive a phone call from Biz telling me his pulling into the community...I was so taken back...couldn't get redressed fast enough. Biz was so quick and professional...I was amazed! Just want to say Thank you!

This morning my brother got into an accident and Mikes Towing towed his car. When I tell you they were the nicest company to work with it, I mean it. It was a bad situation for us, especially my brother, and they made it just a little easier. The operator was so nice and friendly. I called at least 4 times today and she never gave the slightest bit of annoyance with me. The guys at the shop were helpful and friendly, honestly the funniest group of guys, I’ve met while being professional and helpful. I’ve always heard they have a good rep and now I know exactly why first hand. A big thank you to Mike and his team. Car crashes are not easy to deal with but you guys rock!!! But it happens, as they all say! lol highly recommend letting this team help you.

Mikes Towing was there to help me in less than 30 mins, very easy, very convenient! Amy the receptionist was also an amazing help getting all the information needed to turn into my insurance!
