I am more than happy with Mike's Used Cars. They have been a great help to me, the car I bought there is perfect, I had no problems at all. I highly recommend them.

Keep track of everything because they simply don't and assume your late when your on time with payments take your car but yet can't prove why when you pay every month. The payment site has no useful information as to payments how much goes where or how much is owed. nothing but problems you think your getting a win and they help you get a car first time buyers especially but they take advantage . Im sure someone will sue them soon all the problems they have . Very unprofessional they should be ashamed of themselves

I would not purchase your next vehicle from this company ,the cars are not reliable or safe to drive on California's Highways or Freeways. Many consumer complaints had come in through the FTC , BBB and other agencies reporting not just the safety of the vehicles but also on Customer Service , Misplaced Documents , Charging Customers late fees for there payments , there web site does not provide accurate information . These complaints have now been accepted as valid and appropriate action will be taken against there dealers license because of the violations already that have occured. They refuse to refund customers back money owed to them there are over a dozen complaints that customers where owed money back but they just kept finding a reason not to get paid. So take this as public

Don't buy your car here you're better off buying a car on craigslist and maybe get lucky with a good car currently trying to pay off a $6300 car so I wont have to pay the 28% interest only had this car for 3 months and check engine light went on 4 times car keeps over heating and when i take it to their mechanic they swear nothing is wrong with it!! Lost our money wont trade it for another one they sell bad cars just dont do it!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!! They are extremely unprofessional only one person can do the official paperwork and she's never there. They don't keep track of your payments and will try to make you pay more. They also don't tell you that you will have to go to the DMV to take them off the title DESPITE ADDING A FEE TO YOUR CONTRACT FOR A TRANSFER CHANGE.
