I want to give a shout out to Ryan, Dean and Ethan. Thank you for helping me buy my Kia today. This is the second car that I have bought from you guys. They are reliable, affordable, and I’ve never had problems with my vehicles. Thank you Ryan for making it an easy process, thank you Dean for making sure the price was right, and thank you Ethan for making sure it went smooth and hooking me up and actually getting me more for a lowered price. Was absolutely pleased with all the service help that I got at this company my high car company. Nathan was great. Christian was great and the owner Dean was exceptional with his customer service and all the help that he has given me as far as putting me in a car that I can afford I highly recommend that anybody it needs a car comes here and talks with these people because they will do their best to get you in a vehicle that is safe that is functioning and that has No Mechanical issues with it. I bought a few vehicles here over the years. Most recently I bought a Honda Ridgeline and had a great experience once again with Richard and Radu. They were very professional and knowledgeable without being pushy, as I’ve come to expect. I like dealing with a small locally owned company. Since then, I’ve had the vehicle for 4-5 months and yesterday I brought it back for a scheduled oil change and service with Nathan and Ben in the service department. They were wonderful to deal with and went above and beyond to maintain the Ridgeline for me. I expect it will last many years with these guys taking care of it.

I have just recently purchased a car from the great team at Mile High; Trinity, Dean and Ethan were my direct contacts. Let me say that this team is the epitome of professionalism! They're kind people and were very patient while I was being wishy washy with my selection. Dean made sure I would be very well taken care of after I drove off the lot. He knew my price point and he stayed well within my limits. I felt like family after our interaction and I would recommend Mile High to all of my friends and family.

Great car, however we were told a blatant lie when we heard the brakes squeaking we were told it was because the brakes were brand new when in fact, they were terrible and we had to replace them. We had the mechanic call because the tie rods were also bad and they refused to give them mechanic the name of the warranty company. This attempt was made three separate times and all three times that you were given the runaround. We did call Ethan less than 24 hours after we bought the car and told him there was something wrong with the suspension and we were basically laughed off
