Juan Forero was heaven sent when I made the wrong reservation. I called in to customer service and he got on my issue right away. Nice and friendly service would definitely say it’s the best customer service I received in some time! Job well done Juan!
I had an awful experience with this horrible company from the original quotation being doubled in cost, to the meaningless apologies and the painfully slow refund. There are much better car rental companies than Miles.
