Miles Car Rental Miami

Had to cancel and rebook a reservation at last minute. Javier Calderón was extremely helpful in helping us solve our issues

My car went on the fritz and I rented a car from Miles for about 10 days. Nice people who answered my questions, my car ran well and gave me good gas mileage. I had a small issue during my rental time and they were friendly and helped em out. All thumbs up with this company!

Make sure you're aware that this company does all types of silly things. For example, if you need a refund, they're gonna take 7 to 10 days to even begin the process. If you cancel that reservation long before you even need the car, they're going to keep 20% percent.No matter what.

I was very well attended by Tatiana, she was very friendly and patient in addressing all my needs. Due to the excellent service she provided, I will definitely use the services again 🙂

This company may be paying for good reviews, since the experience I had was really bad. They do not tell you up front that their rates are based on the assumption that you have a foreign driver's license. I am glad I tried to modify the reservation, otherwise I would never had found out that my reservation was not valid!! I hope my refund goes through... very deceiving company
