I called to rent a car, a man named Carlos answered, I told him I'd like to rent a car and wanted to know how much it is to rent a car and he hung up. I called back, I was connected with Carlos again and he hung up immediately before I could say anything. Do you guys rent cars or not? It's kind of hard to inquire when I can't speak to anyone. Maybe there's an issue with your phones. Idk, but I can't do business with you guys if you don't let me or fail to provide the means to do so.

Three months after cancelling my reservation and I still don't have a refund. Went and did a dispute with my CC provider, and only then did Miles finally respond to my inquiries. Now I'm having to send Capital One all of this email documentation of the reservation, cancelled reservation, and subsequent follow ups with Miles reps who promised me a refund (with the hidden 20% cancellation penalty that is not disclosed when setting up a rental). But guess what? I still have not to this day received a refund which, according to their own policy, should have been delivered 14 days after cancellation. On top of that, Miles has disputed my dispute, which is the only reason I'm now writing a negative review. Its one thing when a company forces customers to abide by their "trick" policies, but i
