He answered all of my questions, fixed the original issue, and also took the time to give me more information about another concern I asked about. He didn’t proceed with any additional work without my approval—instead, he explained the issue clearly and provided a price and quote upfront, which I really appreciated. I was able to be seen the same day, the pricing was affordable, and the location was convenient. While the parking isn’t the best, the excellent customer service definitely makes up for it. I would recommend this place and would return again.
