I have been going to them for over 5 years now and I have never once had a complain. I only have good things to say about this shop and the workers. By far the most professional and knowledgeable shop I’ve ever been to. If you have a Saab or really any European cars this is the shop to go to! Mike and Jared are my favorites, I honestly wouldn’t trust another shop with my car.

We still have three Saabs, all serviced by J & M since about 2012. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Quality work, communication, flexibility (take home a loaner while they work on your car!) at a fair price. When our Saabs go to Saab heaven, we'll still be going to Milford Auto Works.

Still love this place!! Very reasonable, knowledgeable, do all they can to get you in quickly, and most importantly, HONEST with great work!! There is nothing more one can ask from these guys. Good luck going anywhere else.

After years of being loyal customers, we are not happy with the service here. They have become unprofessional in their process. No longer giving written quotes. They put tires on my car that I didn't approve... (second time this happened dealing with Mike while attempting to get tires there during our inspection). When I spoke to Mike he argued that I had agreed to them. Jared then called me and argued endlessly with me, that his employee is correct and he refused to order us the tires we want. It was a very unprofessional, disappointing and unfortunate interchange. I would not recommend going here to anyone. Not trustworthy.

I gotta give Jared and his crew all the credit in the world! My 2007 SAAB 9-5 had misfired and needed some pretty serious attention. One thing that I didn't seem to remember was that when there is only one exceptionally good garage around like Milford Auto Works they tend to be quite busy with everything from Land Rover's and Lexus' to BMW's and Chevrolet's that need repair work. Jared tore down the top of my engine, made some spot on recommendations and in an actual normal amount of time I was back on the road again as a very happy SAAB 9-5 owner and motoring enthusiast. Thank you very much again to you Jared and your awesome crew! P.S. If there is anyone out there that can turn a wrench and want to learn from the best give these guys a shout!
