Above and way beyond! After 15 years one of my large windows began to fog up. Per the lifetime gaurantee I called Milgard and was sent a repair date after sending pictures and size of the window. At 7 a.m. "Dave" rang my doorbell and explained his parter was minutes out. He examined the window to be repaired and then said, "I noticed one of your front windows is askew, not seated correctly. With your permission I'd like to examine it" When he tried opening the window it was clear something wasn't right inside the workings of the window frame. He took the window out, removed a part that was clearly broken and announced he'd be repairing this first before going on the original call. Ten minutes later he had repaired the window and he and his partner, Julian, quickly removed the fogged win

Update: The company has repaired the damage to the window. My mother was able to meet with the owner and work things out. On June 20, 2018, Visalia Window Company came and repaired a broken window in my room. I was away on a business trip. When I came back and opened the shutters to my window, I discovered that four shutters were broken and could no longer function properly. Additionally, the repairer was careless with my property and threw my shoes around. I called the business to make them aware of the situation; however, the business shrugged it off and said, " if something is in the way of the repair, then it needs to be moved. We will tell our repairer to be careful next time." My main complaint is that the repairer made no mention to my family that he broke our window shutters. The

1st of all this so called company employs nothing but drunk employees. From the guy they sent out to measure our windows to the the guy they sent to install the glass 3 weeks after they were measured. Bothe appeared to be intoxicated. Gary who measured the window had to be directed by us he was not measuring correctly and needed help doing so. To the installer driving up to our home drinking a beer and not to mention the truck he was driving had expired tags by 1 full year. Just started ripping off the window coverings on the wrong window. I would not recommend this company to anybody that would like there windows installed by professionals. Please for everyones sake demand that your employees wait till they clock out before they partake in any alcoholic beverages. I would hate to hear of
