Mill Plain Self Serve Carwash

I've been coming here for years. After yesterday, I will probably find a new location. I used my debit card. When I was done, I hit the little button and waited for it to close out and tell me my total. It said $6. When unchecked my account today, there's a $10 charge pending. All I did was a quick power wash of my van. Also, the water was not hot, like it usually is. It's unfortunate whats happened to this location. Been coming here since I was a teen.

I was here 1/25/26. Apparently it's closed but there were no signs saying so and it's supposed to be open 24/7. A man with a leaf blower was incredibly rude and yelled at me as I was getting ready to use the vacuum. Not sure why he would be so aggressive to a stranger/customer, but it was jarring. I would listen to all the other 1 star reviews here and AVOID- overpriced and awful customer service.

Honestly considering the area, I wasn't expecting it to be very good. The vacuums and wash both did amazing! I will say it gets a little expensive with everything being a dollar a minute. It makes me happy to see this place is very well kept and maintained also! The hour I was there, the employee did not stop picking up trash and taking care of the place! I'll definitely be coming back to Mill plain self serve!

Honestly never been to a self-serve car wash where every feature works in the bay. It was a bit spendy but I would rather pay 25 and have my car look really nice. Or pay $13 and have it look like crap still.

I came here to save money on my ceramic coated car and it was not clean, even after I put it through many dial cycles and used the foam brush. There was hardly any solution in anything I used and the foam brush was worn out. Then I was charged 14 50!! what the hell??! NOT a good car wash and NOT a good deal anymore. I want my money back!!😤👎
