Had a fuel pump go out on my 2005 BMW 325ci. I am not a car guy so when I have car problems, it's always a bit of a frustrating experience because it's a world that I do not know. I just want it fixed and I want to know that I did not get ripped off or taken advantage of. This is my first time using Benny at Millbrae Motors based on a recommendation from a friend and I am very thankful to have found him. Benny was very patient and helpful with guiding me through the process, answered all my questions upfront, did an excellent job with the assessment, and got it fixed very quickly. Excellent service! Price was very reasonable. To be honest though, the thing that I appreciated most about my experience was that I felt Benny was always being honest with me and never trying to sell me so

Do not trust this business. He promised me appointment 4 days out with promise to complete the work if I come first thing on Monday. He even told me to wait in local library or coffee shop. After 5 hours I called to check. He had not even started and didn’t have time to complete the work. He just flat out lied to me and told me ‘I didn’t ask you to wait. I don’t know why you are waiting’. He knew I was from out of the area and needed to get the work done on time. He lied to me in hope that he would have time without regard to my need. Customers beware!

It's a one person shop so I recommend going there not first thing in the morning because the owner may not have arrived yet. I liked the automated estimate and invoicing. Just be aware that for simple services it's potentially even more expensive than dealership.

Extremely honest and excellent maintenance , showed me all old parts that needed to be replaced , as I requested !! Very much appreciated the open communication and extra effort to get me in and out quickly (Al waited for me to get there after 5 , since that was my dinner break from Hospital , and really the only option to get the car before the weekend) I highly recommend this garage :)

One if the last honest and skilled mechanic, also very vast in both European and Japanese motors. Will super recommend to anyone.
