So far so good, the folks at the desk are alright 🤣 Before you finalize your online order, need to triple check you ordered the right part number for ur vehicle. Otherwise you will have delay in fixing whatever you need to fix. All my orders have been online and I usually pick up from them or have it delivered to my house. If you not good at researching or don't have the time/effort to decide whether the part you ordered is the right one, then you need to pay the full price for these parts folks to assist you and pick the right part. They helped me with my core return and wrong part return. The toyota online system is not perfect and one time said the transmission oil filter I ordered was the exact fit for my vehicle (I used VIN to verify fitment). The service is extremely expensive, and they failed to fix the issue. I experienced the same problem again after just two weeks. While an official Toyota coil costs $127, they are charging over $300.

Garbage these people are absolute garbage. I ordered a simple antenna cover including Vehicle Model, Make and VIN number and it did not fit my vehicle. When I called to let them know the part did not fit they were trying to blame me for entering the correct information about my vehicle in the order their system requested. If all the information is there why does the sequence in which the information was entered even matter? Extremely rude and disrespectful. The idiot on the phone was screaming at me when I was speaking to him politely. Do not order anything from this place.

Millennium Toyota have gems with their staffing at the parts department especially with Ryan. Excellent customer service skills and attention to details. Ryan made my experience 10 stars, unfortunately Google only has 5 stars rating maximum. Kindness is reciprocal so treat Ryan and the crew with patience and you will see how they work to resolve your parts needs!
