Very sloppy work and low customer service at front desk. I recently took my car to get an oil change and tire rotation and I just noticed they forgot to put back one of my wheel lock lug nuts. Not only is this NOT safe but it’s now going to cost me to replace the set of 4. Let’s see if the owner wants to make this right.

The staff at Miller Auto is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. Got a great deal on tires and they where able to squeeze me in for a last minute alignment. Would highly recommend them.

I’ve been a regular customer here for a long time, but today’s experience was very disappointing. The lady at the front desk seemed to be having a bad day and unfortunately took it out on me. When I asked about the type of oil I’ve always used for my vehicle, she looked up my record but couldn’t find any information — which concerned me since I’ve been coming here for two years and each oil change costs around $250. When I pressed for clarification, instead of helping, she raised her voice at me in a very unprofessional manner. As a returning customer, I felt disrespected and unwelcome. Bottom line: I left feeling offended by the attitude I received. This is not how loyal customers should be treated. Not a great experience, and I’ll be reconsidering where I take my business next time.

I have been coming here for years. They are professional and honored their battery warranty for my car.

Brought my car in this weekend to get a patch and I had 5 $2 dollar bills in my center console that I had been collecting. Today I go to check and its gone. The only other person who's been in my car was the person who patched my tire. I think it's sad that someone would steal from theyre customers especially such a petty amount.
