Dropped off our truck for repairs. Communication was quite spotty, until CARL got involved, then it was all yelling and talking down to me. In all my years in the repair industry I was never talked to quite like he managed, and it wasn't good. Overcharged for the repairs done and did other repairs without proper approvals but live and learn, I guess. Wish I had looked at the reviews before leaving our truck with them, at least then I would have expected how I was treated.

DISGUSTING how the owner yelled at my Dad for trying to check the truck to make sure they did everything right. My Dad has been there three times, he's a customer and shouldn't be treated that way: He THREATENED my father by calling the police because he couldn't check it out it in his property. He yelled at my brother too just for asking a few questions. They stole my Dad's jack from the truck, the truck doesn't even work and they made him pay $3,100 before checking it out. They made him leave from the rage of all the disgusting disrespect this incompetent owner! DO NOT GO HERE, save your money and go where customers are respected. They'll just steal your money!!!! We'll be going to a professional to make sure they put all the new parts they charged him for. He's glad I didn't go there ca

We have been using this company for years to service our trucks. The service has completely died. The owners are too old and too slow, they cannot produce estimates for weeks on end. They do not produce bills upon request, and during the wait time, they charge you storage fees upon work that isn't completed. Mark is a complete jerk, he treats customers as if they are dogs. I recommend bringing your business elsewhere. i for one will never return, and my fleet of 8 trucks will be serviced elsewhere.

This shop has serviced our cars, pick up, and motor home for several years. They have put a brand new engine in our motorhome, serviced the generator, rotated the tires, fixed our air horn, and more. We have always been quoted a price for service and then updated if there was a problem or change in the quote BEFORE we picked up our vehicle. The shop is very busy and there are times we know that we had to leave it and pick it up in a day or two longer than expected. But, busy shops usually mean great service and that is just what we have received here...great service! Thanks to all the great mechanics at Miller's (Mr & Mrs Conway)

I am not sure about the negative reviews because this place is awesome. Most shops in the area are extremely busy and not trustworthy. We are in the DC metro area so it is tough to find an honest shop for auto repair. We took our car there for oil change and inspection and they were extremely friendly. The owner was actually there and took the time to explain the repairs and process to my wife when she took her car there. Most shops in the area won’t even give you the time of day if you ask a question.
