Miller Chainsaw and Lawnmower

Only leaving a 1-star because there isn't an option for zero stars. I bought a saw from here less than a year ago and have had to take it in multiple times because it has had issues since day one about flooding while not being used and every time we have taken the saw in to be checked out they always like to say "It's user error". When we asked if they were going to warranty the repair and actually fix it they came up with some long story about how they wouldn't be able to warranty the saw that has maybe four hours of operator on it and that it was going to be $120.00 to fix the issue because they have had to do the same repair on similar saws which I found really interesting being there is obviously an issue with these saws so how would the factor warranty not cover such repair?? I do NOT

I had a big issue with our John Deere zero turn carb. Ordered a new kit directly from John Deere dealer, and the kit I received was NOT the one that the serial number should have provided. I was without a mower for over 2 weeks. I called these guys and they had me squared away with matching parts to rebuild the carb and had me up and going fast! It was a very unconventional request and they didn’t bat an eye and helped however they could!

They were awesome. I was able to find the right parts for my mower and was also able to get a part for my mower fixed
