Eric at the front desk literally saved my life. And my bank account for potentially having to call a locksmith. I locked myself out of my truck and my best friend and I went into the store to get a lock pick. He helped us find a slimjim thing but saw us STRUGGLING to use it from the parkinglot accords the street. So Eric came out with two tools and was able to get the door unlocked. Literally a knight in shining armor, couldn’t have found better customer service ANYWHERE. Thank you SO SO SO MUCH!!!! Day saved, fantastic guy! - from the two silly girls in the parkinglot across the street.

Great bunch of guys & Gals. And a pleasure to do business with. A lot of times they are super busy but they always make time for another customer. Now that should say a lot because there's plenty of other parts places around. I go to Napa in Benson, N.C.

Don't waste time with the big chains. This is my local go to for all things automotive. Huge selection with all the things you'll never find down the road. Never have I received service that was anything less than top notch. Never have I received the wrong part. Nothing irks me more in an auto parts store than asking for a common item and getting the deer-in-the-headlights stare. Even the youngest of the crew knows auto parts. They will help you get EXACTLY what you need and if they don't have it they find out who does and normally aquire it in less than 24 hours. Working in a local production plant getting parts quick is critical and they have never let me down. Also very helpful to persons with handicaps or disabilities. Treated like family.

I ordered parts on Thursday . Delivery was Saturday. Called at 9:30 am before I went to pick up. Was told they were sorting the truck and I would get a call when they found them. Never received a call and at 11:30 I went to the store and was told they did not come in and it would be Monday. I will use rock auto from now on. It would take less time and I do not lose time driving to the store because the staff does not want to call and let you know they made a mistake.
