Fantastic service so far and I don't see that changing as we get the last few parts in and the car work done. Honest and kind. Gabe us options I all the issues we presented. If you're tired of the big name stores giving you crap service, vague answers and explanations, give Miller's a try.

Dishonest experience!!!!!! I was referred to Miller Repair by another automotive company and was quoted for parts and 4 hours of labor. The work was completed in 3 hours ( confirmed by phone calls to start service and ready for pick up) I was charged for 6 hours at $95/hr. The explanation given was that they charge for labor estimation of a computer software program, not ACTUAL labor. SO, I paid for labor time while they rested… never heard of such a thing!!!! VERY DISHONEST!!!! I haven’t driven enough to know if the water pump is repaired well yet. Hope so.

My son’s Chevrolet Sonic was intermittently going into limp mode and my regular mechanic associated it with an internal transmission issue. So they referred me to a transmission shop which when they finally checked it out said it was an electrical issue and they did not have the equipment to resolve it. They referred me to an electrical repair shop who then referred me to Miller Repair. I wish I had just known about Miller Repair initially! Had my son’s car towed to Richard at Miller Repair and within an hour of him receiving it he called me telling me he fixed the issue. It had sat in the other shops for a week and half with nobody having the expertise that Richard had to figure out it was a wiring issue. Outstanding service and price on my truck repairs. I was sent to Miller by another mechanic and he took great care of my issues. I had a written list of problems and he was super patient with me going over it all and over the next 10 days called me 4 times to update me and ask questions about how to proceed once he diagnosed the issues. He worked to find used parts when he could to help keep my cost down and took time at the end to walk me through what he did and show me the repairs. Highly recommend.
