Some background: I have a very strong background in automotive repair and maintenance and I have 10 vehicles in my control/ownership. I had a leaking water pump. I called several shops, some national chains some local small businesses. Millers was the only one to provide a fair estimate, and then actually hold to the estimate without trying to sell additional service as part of the core service. Since the water pump was being replaced and the serpentine belt was off, they did not try to double the labor for the belt replacement for example, or charge for a coolant flush and fill separately, which is a normal practice on this repair. Jeff and Tiara were prompt, professional, and easy to work with. My car wouldn’t go into park, and they diagnosed and replaced the neutral safety switch. I dropped it off early in the morning and had it back by the afternoon! The price was fair and reasonable, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Called to see about fixing an oil leak and they fit us in the next day for an inspection. Quick diagnosis and breakdown of immediate needed repairs and suggested future maintenance. The texted over inspection report was clear to understand and easy to read. The estimate on recommendations was also very clear. I would highly recommend Miller's Automobile in Orange Park. I have a high mileage vehicle that was previously diagnosed when my service engine light came on with over a $1k estimate. I brought my vehicle to Miller's for a different issue which they addressed and also resolved my service engine light for only $250 with a totally different fix. There shop personnel are very friendly in person and on the phone. It's challenging to find trustworthy car mechanics but going forward Miller's will be my first choice for all of my vehicles.
